Details of the project
The Task Requirement:
The task requirement of this project was to improve the user flow and experience of the user's Account Pages, while applying the new design system style of the company and adding new component symbols as needed.

A clear design process
Problem:
The entire UX/UI of the website was outdated and
needed a redesign.
Solution:
The Double Diamond framework was used to solve the problem, with regular collaboration with other designers responsible for different sections to ensure coherent flows, interconnections, and styles.
Process

Step 1
User Research
Along with a competitor analysis, a user survey was conducted to understand how users managed the account pages.
Step 2
Sketches
With the data collected, initial ideas were sketched into wireframes, which were also used for simple user tests.
Step 3
The idea was then developed into digital wireframes and a sitemap and presented to potential users to collect feedback.
Step 4
Mockups
After collecting sufficient data, high-fidelity mockups were created using the new design system, with collaboration from designers to add new symbols to the system.
